These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NextLeft mobile and/or website applications (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual accessing or using the App.
  • "Content" refers to any text, graphics, images, software, or other materials available through the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the App.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up-to-date.

Intellectual Property

The App and all Content are owned by NextLeft and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or Content without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the App

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from NextLeft, you agree to the following terms.

SMS Use Cases

When you submit a lead form on nextleft.com and provide your phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from NextLeft. These messages may include:

  • Confirmation that we received your inquiry
  • Information related to your request
  • Scheduling links to book a call with our team

We do not send marketing or promotional messages unless you have separately opted in to receive them.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Typically, you will receive 1–3 messages per inquiry.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NextLeft is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

NextLeft is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through their networks.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS program. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NextLeft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
